Terms & Conditions for Using the okgg Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and okgg ("okgg", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the okgg website, mobile browser application, and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features accessible under the domain okgg.io.

Your use of the okgg platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all players in Bangladesh and to any individual who accesses the platform from any other jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using okgg is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account.

okgg reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. To be eligible to use the okgg platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity registering on behalf of third parties;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any other individual;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not previously been excluded from the okgg platform or any other gambling platform through a self-exclusion programme;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of okgg or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not using any form of software, bot, or automated tool to access or interact with the platform.

okgg reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games and betting markets on okgg, you must register a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information accurate and up to date.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the okgg platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, or payment methods are used — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okgg reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to void any bonuses, winnings, or pending transactions arising from those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. okgg will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

okgg operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with anti-money-laundering standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence; a utility bill, bank statement, or mobile wallet transaction record confirming your residential address dated within the past three months; and where applicable, a selfie holding your identity document. okgg reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

okgg currently supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change at any time. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your okgg balance within 30 seconds of confirmation by the payment network. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes. okgg does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees imposed by the payment provider are outside okgg's control and are the player's responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts during standard processing hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) are processed same-day. Withdrawals submitted outside processing hours will be processed on the next business day. okgg reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before releasing a withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

okgg monitors all financial transactions for signs of fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited activity. Where suspicious transaction patterns are identified, okgg reserves the right to freeze the relevant account, hold pending withdrawals, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations. Players must not use the okgg platform for any purpose other than the personal entertainment wagering for which it is designed.

okgg offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific Terms of the promotion under which they are awarded, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms displayed at the time the bonus is offered. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

okgg reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing low-risk hedging bets across two or more accounts to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; using betting strategies that exploit bonus mechanics rather than playing in good faith; and providing false personal information during registration to qualify for a bonus.

All betting and gaming activity on okgg is governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type or sport, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between the general rules set out in these Terms and the specific rules of a particular game or market, the specific game or market rules shall prevail.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted subject to okgg's sportsbook rules. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the odds are locked and the stake is deducted from the player's balance. okgg reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a clear pricing error has occurred, where the outcome was known at the time the bet was placed, or where the integrity of the event is in question.

6.2 Casino and Live Casino Games

All casino games, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, use certified random number generators (RNG) or physical equipment operated by independent studios such as Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG or physical dealing process. okgg does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published by the respective game provider.

6.3 Disconnections

okgg is not responsible for losses resulting from internet disconnections, power failures, or device failures on the player's end during an active game session. Where a game round was in progress at the time of disconnection, the round will be completed according to the game's standard logic and the result settled accordingly when the connection is restored or at the next processing cycle.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the okgg platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, any winnings voided, and the matter referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform while underage or allowing an underage person to use your account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities, or engage in any form of cheating;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game context;
• Using the platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any other illegal financial activity;
• Opening multiple accounts for any purpose, including to circumvent self-exclusion or account restrictions;
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing okgg staff, support agents, or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the okgg platform, software, or game content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the okgg platform without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okgg's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okgg account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okgg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if okgg has been advised of the possibility of such damages. okgg does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures outside okgg's reasonable control.

okgg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; the continued operation of the account presents a risk to okgg, other players, or third parties; or regulatory or legal obligations require it.

Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

okgg may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, okgg will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email. Your continued use of the platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
